We meet via Zoom for online group sessions.
Zoom is a video conferencing service you can access on your desktop or mobile device. If you haven't used it before, you'll need to sign up for a free account. You can do that here.
Participation in online group sessions implies agreement with this waiver.
You can use this time zone converter to find out what time we're meeting in your area.
Whether you’re new to tapping or a pro, you'll benefit from taking an
hour to feel better by relaxing your body and calming your mind.
You know how much your body and overall health benefit from a positive mindset and higher energetic vibration.
You know how your personal energetic vibration contributes to that of the whole; how YOU being in a better feeling state helps everyone, including you.
To support people in being as happy and as healthy as possible during this challenging time, I'm offering additional free group tapping sessions for awhile.
We're all in this together. It's sometimes scary. It's definitely different. And, we don't know what's next.
The worry and anxiety we feel is a natural response. But, we don't have to hold on to it.
Let's help our bodies and minds relax. Let's feel better than we think possible.
We'll use a tapping protocol specifically designed to support the immune system by decreasing stress, worry, and fear.
(EACH SESSION WILL BE APPROX. 55 MINUTES)
"I find the group sessions very helpful. They help keep me focused, aligned and headed in the direction I want to go. I hear new ideas, learn of new things to try, and the borrowers' benefits are very tangible. I always come away feeling uplifted, supported and calm. Karen is a wonderful group facilitator and speaker."
The March 12, 2020 issue of Psychological Trauma, an APA journal, includes information on a study by Dr. Peta Stapleton et al (Bond University). Findings show that cortisol levels dropped 43% in one hour of “group tapping” treatment which support an original study indicating EFT to be an efficient and effective treatment for reducing biological stress markers.
