These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Biofield Health Services, LLC network. "Client" is considered as any natural or legal person making with the company Biofield Health Services, LLC an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service. Any order placed on a site belonging to the company Biofield Health Services LLC implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

COMMUNICATIONS

By creating an Account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send. We may contact you from time to time about your account or to inform you of changes to the service even if you have opted out of marketing emails.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or Biofield Health Services, LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Karen Aquinas.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Biofield Health Services, LLC with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Biofield Health Services, LLC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Biofield Health Services, LLC will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

FEES

Prices are indicated in USD. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that which is published at the time of the order.

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. You can pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside of the USA must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the company Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Biofield Health Services, LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Biofield Health Services, LLC will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

REFUNDS

Refunds are as defined by each service or product.

ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers concerning offers by Biofield Health Services, LLC, or by their partners, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, and you acknowledge having read our privacy policy and consent to our collection and use of your data. You can unsubscribe at any time. You just have to click on the link at the end of our emails. The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Biofield Health Services, LLC and its licensors. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you must cancel the Service through the settings menu on our membership page.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Biofield Health Services, LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
