Let's tap ...
Take a deep breath and Tap as follows:
Side of hand:
It feels like something needs to change.
This feeling is so strong it's distracting.
Even though I'm distracted by this feeling for change, I choose to take a deep breath, get grounded, and move up vibrationally.
Even though I'm distracted by this feeling for change, I choose to get back in touch with my best self ... where I know I will find clarity.
Eyebrow: I want change though.
Side of the eye: I want it now.
Under the eye: Mostly, life is great.
Under the nose: Mostly, I feel good.
Under mouth: But something needs to change.
Collarbone: Something wants to change.
Thumb: It almost feels like part of me wants to break open and see the world anew.
Index finger: What haven't I experienced yet?
Middle finger: What do I want to do now?
Ring finger: Where do I want change?
Little finger: Am I ready? (I feel SO ready!)
Side of hand: But I don't know where to begin.
Top of head: What if I screw up everything that's already working?
Eyebrow: Am I ready for another adventure?
Side of the eye: I'm ready for more than just a different type of tea.
Under the eye: I'm ready for my days to be different.
Under the nose: But what does that look like for me?
Under the mouth: What does different feel like for me?
Collarbone: Am I ready? (I'm not so sure.)
Thumb: Some things I would welcome:
Index finger: More laughter
Middle finger: More calm
Ring finger: More ease
Little finger: More love
Side of hand: More kindness
Top of head: Smiles
Eyebrow: Hugs
Side of the eye: Peace
Under the eye: (Give yourself a long hug)
Under the nose: I choose to feel joy.
Under the mouth: I choose to feel calm and relaxed.
Collarbone: I choose to smile. (smile now)
Thumb: I choose to be kind.
Index finger: I choose to feel peaceful.
Middle finger: I choose to love.
Ring finger: Change has occurred.
Little finger: I feel different.
Side of hand: Is that all I needed?
Top of head: I allow myself to feel good, to feel amazing.
Collarbone: And in this vibration, I will take action toward what works for me.
Take a deep breath.
