Stress can be overwhelming at times.

What if we could dial it down?

I invite you to be a curious observer.

Here's a script to help you release and prevent stress and step into higher vibrations of calm relaxation even in the most stressful of times.

 When you tune into how stressed you are, where are you on the scale right now? (see scale below)

Let's tap ...

Take a deep breath and Tap as follows:


Tap on the side of your hand:

Stress is getting out of hand  ... again, and even though I'm feeling stress, I know that what I feel is energy and I allow it to soften and flow.

There's a lot going on though.

I recognize that I'm experiencing stress, and I allow this stress energy to soften and flow.

I'm overwhelmed by it all. Even though I feel stressed out, I choose to relax.



Eyebrow: But what will happen if I relax?

Side of the eye:  Will everything fall apart?

Under the eye: Or will it just be different?

Under the nose:  What would happen if I engaged less and observed more?

Under mouth:  Would it be okay to face stress in a new way?

Collarbone:  I give myself permission to find out, to experiment.

Under the arm:  I choose to be curious.

Top of the head:  I choose to view this time through new eyes.

Eyebrow: Without judgment.

Side of the eye: I allow my body to let go of stress energy.

Under the eye: I allow myself to take a deep breath.

Under the nose: I allow my lungs to expand. (take a deep breath)

Under the mouth: I choose to observe...without judgment.

Collarbone: I choose to be calm.

Under the arm:  I choose to lighten up.

Top of head:  I willingly allow myself to laugh

Eyebrow: and sing

Side of the eye: and dance.

Under the eye:  My life is today.

Under the nose:  I want to feel good.

Under the mouth: So I choose to do exactly that.

Collarbone:  I allow myself to raise my head and look up.

Under the arm: I allow myself to breathe deeply.

Top of head: I wonder what will happen if I think about and look for uplifting people, places, and experiences.

Eyebrow: What will happen if I smile before I respond?

Side of the eye: What will happen if I observe rather than react?

Under the eye: What will happen when I stand and act solidly from a place of love?

Under the nose:  I choose to find out.

Under the mouth:  I am curious.

Collarbone:  I release what isn't working for me and choose to focus on what does work for me.

Under the arm: I am alive.

Top of head: I am energy.

Eyebrow: I can be the energy of love.

Side of the eye: I can be a relaxed observer.

Under the eye: I can be an engaged agent for positive change.

Under the nose: I choose to experiment.

Under the mouth: I choose to be my best self.

Collarbone: I am optimistically curious, and I embrace this expansive feeling.


Take a deep breath.
