It's exciting - & scary & overwhelming & confusing - to feel called to greatness.


A purposeful, fulfilling and magnificently enjoyable life is a level of greatness that calls to all of us.


'Greatness' can feel BIG though. Too big sometimes, and certainly unfamiliar.


Nonetheless, the truth of the matter is ...

'greatness' is simply 'truth'.


It's an invitation to be wholly and completely YOU;

Permission to do things YOUR WAY.

So often, we feel we have to take massive action and push ourselves into discomfort in order to step into greatness.

What if all you really need to do is LIVE YOUR TRUTH?

When honoring your own worth and valuing your happiness feel like a chore, it's time for you to relax into greatness.

You're an original.  BE YOU ... in a way that works for YOU.

This script will help you relax into your truth & ease into greatness.

You know you're in alignment with your truth when you're above 5 in Drive.

Let's tap ...

Take a deep breath and Tap as follows:


Tap on the side of your hand:

Relax? Are you kidding me? There's so much to do!

Even though it feels like there's a lot to do, I choose to take my time. No rushing, no worrying, no stress.

Even though I feel stress, I know I'm the one who created it and I can eliminate it by relaxing into living in a way that works for me.



Eyebrow: But I'm ready to step into greatness!

Side of the eye: I think.

Under the eye: I know what I need to do and I want to do it, but I don't want to be stressed out.

Under the nose: My life is NOW, and I want to enjoy it.

Under mouth: If I slow down I might miss something.

Collarbone:  (take a deep breath)

Under the arm: If I slow down, I might find something.

Top of the head: I might find peace.

Eyebrow: I might find confidence.

Side of the eye: I might find ease.

Under the eye: Ease? No way.

Under the nose: Change is hard. Growing; becoming more; it's hard work

Under the mouth: Or is it?

Collarbone: What would happen if I lived my life at a pace that works for me?

Under the arm:  What would happen if I worked at a pace that honors my well-being?

Top of head: I wonder if it would be okay to experiment with this.

Eyebrow: It's not like I know everything.

Side of the eye: One thing I know for sure is how I feel. Is it okay for me to feel good?

Under the eye: What would happen if I valued my happiness, my truth?

Under the nose: How would that change my life?

Under the mouth: How would that change my day-to-day?

Collarbone: Is it possible to step into greatness and be relaxed at the same time?

Under the arm: Can I live a life of greatness and soulful contentment at the same time? (Are they one and the same?)

Top of head: I might need to get to know myself better.

Eyebrow: Who am I anyway?

Side of the eye: What do I enjoy?

Under the eye: What's important to me?

Under the nose: What's going on in my life when I feel amazing?

Under the mouth: Is it okay to honor my own truth?

Collarbone: Some people might not like me.

Under the arm: My truth.

Top of head: ME BEing ME.

Eyebrow: ME doing things in a way that works for me.

Side of the eye: If I let go of my headlong efforts toward greatness, I wonder what I would discover. Might things be simpler?

Under the eye: Is it possible to answer the call to greatness without burning out?

Under the nose: Is it possible that me living my truth is the perfect path for me?

Under the mouth: I choose to feel into this possibility.

Collarbone: I choose to release what isn't working for me and embrace what is. I willingly allow myself to live in alignment with my truth.


Take a deep breath.
