Take a deep breath and Tap as follows:
Tap on the side of your hand:
Love. Sometimes it feels out of reach.
Love. Sometimes I don't understand it.
Even though I don't understand all the ins and outs of love, I choose to be patient and compassionate with myself as I take a closer look.
Eyebrow: Love.
Side of the eye: What is it anyway?
Under the eye: A feeling?
Under the nose: A connection?
Under mouth: An act of kindness?
Collarbone: Can I BE love?
Under the arm: I wonder what would happen if there was more love in the world?
Top of the head: More feelings of connection, kindness, and care.
Eyebrow: There have been times in my life when I have felt loved.
Side of the eye: There have been times in my life when I have been loving.
Under the eye: I remember a time when I felt loved. (breathe into that memory)
Under the nose: I remember a time when I was loving toward someone else. (breathe into that memory)
Under the mouth: I allow myself to feel the energy of love now.
Collarbone: I allow myself to radiate the energy of love now.
Under the arm: Love feels expansive.
Top of head: Love feels familiar.
Eyebrow: There is so much to love; people, places, activities, animals, plants,
Side of the eye: and me!
Under the eye: I choose to love me.
Under the nose: I choose to be kind to me.
Under the mouth: I choose to recognize and appreciate my strengths.
Collarbone: I choose love.
Under the arm: With all of my wisdom, I relax into love.
Top of head: As it turns out, love wasn't as far away as I thought.
Eyebrow: Love.
Side of the eye: People loving.
Under the eye: Animals loving.
Under the nose: Me loving.
Under the mouth: (take a deep breath & give yourself a hug)
Collarbone: I choose love.
Under the arm: I choose to see love.
Top of head: I choose to hear love.
Eyebrow: I choose to participate in love.
Side of the eye: I choose to sing love;
Under the eye: to show love;
Under the nose: to feel love.
Under the mouth: I choose to BE love.
Collarbone: Love within me. Love around me. Every day, in every way, I am love.
Take a deep breath.
