Let's tap ...

Take a deep breath, stand if you're able, and Tap as follows:

Side of hand:

 I'm tired. Really tired. 

I've got things to do. Things I want to do. 

Even though I'm tired, I choose to tap and see if I can recharge my batteries. 



Eyebrow: My body feels heavy. 

Side of the eye: Part of me just wants to go to sleep. 

Under the eye:  I'm Tapping. 

Under the nose: Tapping.

Under mouth: Tapping. 

Collarbone: I'm tapping into the energy of a toddler. 

Thumb: This is fun!

Index finger:  All of a sudden, I'm curious.   

Middle finger: I feel mischievous.

Ring finger: I want to move!

Little finger: I'm energized!

Side of hand: I'm ready to play!

Top of head: Now, I'm tapping into the energy of a hummingbird. 

Eyebrow:  This is nice. 

Side of the eye: I'm graceful.

Under the eye: I'm strong.

Under the nose: My wings are so fast.

Under the mouth:  I can fly forward and backward. 

Collarbone: I zip through the air with ease. 

Thumb: I'm beautiful!

Index finger: I'm energized.

Middle finger: I allow joyful energy to emerge within me. 

Ring finger: I allow this energy to expand and energize me. 

Little finger: I choose to smile. 

Side of hand: I choose to move. 

Top of head: I can imagine a deep breath of fresh air. 

Eyebrow: At the top of a mountain. 

Side of the eye: Energized by the ascent. 

Under the eye: Energized by accomplishment. 

Under the nose:  Motivated by desire. 

Under the mouth: I am free. 

Collarbone: Free to play. 

Thumb: Free to fly. 

Index finger: Free to feel joy. 

Middle finger: Free to breathe deeply. 

Ring finger: I am energized by the air moving through my body. 

Little finger: I am energized by the goal before me. 

Side of hand: I am awake. 

Top of head:  I choose joyful activity.

Collarbone: I am energized. 

Take a deep breath.
