By participating in these sessions, I agree to take full responsibility for my own emotional and physical health and wellbeing
throughout the sessions and thereafter.

I understand that while Karen Aquinas is a certified Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher, she is not a licensed health professional or therapist. I bear the responsibility for any decision I make based on my work with Karen Aquinas. I further agree that Karen Aquinas shall not be liable to anyone for any loss or injury resulting from the direct or indirect use of any services or information that she provides.

I understand and agree that Karen Aquinas makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind with respect to the services and advice provided and no guarantee or promise of any particular outcome or result. I understand that I am solely responsible for creating and implementing my own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from our interactions, relationship, and coaching with Karen Aquinas and the coaches she hosts. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all of my decision-making and that Karen Aquinas is not responsible for any consequences whatsoever that result from any action I take or whether I follow or decline to follow any advice or recommendation of Karen Aquinas.

I agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants and to refrain from repeating or discussing personal details that may be shared.
